Girls in Engineering, Math, and Science
I co-organize two Saturday STEM events each semester that host about 100 middle-school girls. I also help to write grants to fund the program and collect data about the program's effectiveness.
Advancing Student Participation in Research Experiences
I help to organize an undergraduate math conference at FGCU, held annually in January or February since 2013. For the 2018 conference, I will be chairing the committee.
I help to manage the Noyce grant that provides scholarships to future STEM 6-12 teachers, including directing the Learning Assistants program and the summer internships.
